She cut me off and asked if I was listening to her very rudely after she mentioned something about a pharmacy in Syracuse having it. All I just said was oh no thats to far for me and she had an attitude. Like the review below me says if you basically can't handle being kind to people on the phone and understanding and act professional maybe you need to find a new job! The reviewer below me obviously talked to the same woman I just did.

When I asked to verify the ID number and started to read it the rep cut me off and said they had the correct number. It was obvious she was just trying to rush me off the phone. I am sure they are very busy, but making sure people get their prescriptions is kind of important. If you don't have patience maybe find another career path.
