I had scheduled this appointment month ago, the service leaves much to be desired there are many other places to go have your eyes checked and get new glasses any one of them would be better than go to this location. That reply indicative of how you treat your customers and how any potential customers should beware before considering doing business with you in the future, not only did I submit my complaint as you mentioned with no response but when you call customer service they direct you to the website as well for which you get no response. Telling people to submit their concerns in this instance is more of a tactic to put off someone rather than deal.with the issue
