Dr. Karounos is not only highly skilled, but also genuinely caring and professional. Over the years, she has provided excellent care and guidance, and I have always felt confident in the treatment I’ve received. Her staff is outstanding as well. Shereen, her dental assistant, is attentive and reassuring during procedures. Shannon, who manages the front office and patient logistics, is organized, welcoming, and makes scheduling and follow-ups effortless. Most recently, I’ve had the pleasure of working with their dental hygienist, Samantha, who has been a wonderful addition to the team. She is thorough, professional, and very approachable—truly a great fit for the practice. The atmosphere at Dental Village Associates is warm, professional, and supportive.
