- JCJenna castoriAug 11, 20231.0This place is very unprofessional and unsanitary… my sister went there, and the dentist literally used her chest as the table to put her tools on with no sanitary table at all. She put a tray of tools on her chest over the bib. She then knew about my sisters conditions and was very rude, passive aggressive and judgmental towards her throughout the whole entire appointment. When the appointment was over the front desk associate called my sister off of her PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER and then decided to yell and ask why she left a bad review and said, and I quote “Why would you post that it makes us look bad.” How unprofessional is that? My sister is a young woman, do you know how scary that is for her? Please save ur time and don’t make an appointment here.

They figured out my insurance for me, and even let me know when I was going to max out for the year so we could do the important stuff first. The whole team is a five-star group.
