  Great workout. Easy to follow. She is very attentive and pays attention to everyone in class to make sure the exercises are done properly. Her sense of humor keeps things light and enjoyable while providing a great workout. I really love her classes!!!

  I am a member since Club Pilates opened here in Poughkeepsie almost 2 years now! I love all the classes I take which are Reformer Flow 1 and 1.5, Circuit and Center and Balance. I am most impressed with Alex, Alysia and Carol! All 3 have unique styles and are always willing to ensure they correct my form. I am the 6am student and it is worth getting up at 5am! I have noticed in the way I carry my body whether walking, sitting or standing. Thank you!

  My 1st class was with Rebekah, she corrected my position a couple times, was encouraging and kept a manageable pace to the class. I certainly had a workout and left with shaky legs! 😆

  I have been a member since they opened in Poughkeepsie and it was the best decision! The instructors are all amazing!! The classes are small enough that each one of us have personal attention. The instructors guide and correct our form to ensue we are doing the movements correctly not only for safety but to get the benefits. I have attended classes led by Sarah, Laura, Emma, Alicia, Rebekah, and Alex. Each one of them add their personal style and experience. They are highly skilled and provide an incredible workout. They motivate and encourage me to push myself forward and I am thankful for that. I know I am much stronger and more flexible than I was a year ago and I look forward to see where I will be six months from now. Thank you for creating such a welcoming environment to all ages and sizes. Pilates has changed my life 💙
