I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I’ve used this practice in the past and always liked them, which is why I called to make an appointment. When I asked the receptionist if they accepted my new insurance, she said she didn’t know. I politely asked if she could check for me, but she refused and told me she could only look into it a few days before the appointment because it “takes four hours” to call insurance. I feel bad is just being lazy and unprofessional
She suggested that I either call the insurance myself or just come in, pay out-of-pocket, and figure it out afterward. The interaction felt unprofessional, and her attitude was not pleasant. I found a wonderful oral surgeon in Great Neck checked in on my dental insurance.
Because of this experience, I will be canceling my appointment and will not be returning.

I had a great experience here! Better than I thought I would! Dr. Choi was the one who performed my wisdom tooth extraction, and he kept me informed about how the whole thing would go down and kept me assured that everything would be fine. He's very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and address all your concerns. I would highly recommend this place to all in need!
