- CPCavan PatrickApr 18, 20232.0Without a doubt the most inefficient and I assume understaffed Stop and Shop pharmacy in the entire chain. Always ALWAYS a line right now at 6:30 on a Tuesday the line is at least 11 customers deep. Always only one person to check out customer’s minimum two working on prescriptions only. They need to do better I can’t tolerate it anymore nobody has 30 minutes to wait on a line to pick up prescriptions that we call in ahead of time in my case no less than 5 days ahead of when I need them.

When asked if someone will be coming they say yes and continue to ignore another 10 minutes. Its like this every time you go in- excessively long waits and no aknowledgement that anyone even sees you.
