First off the nurses are lovely and are not part of the issue. I got a script sent in to Walgreens (right up the street) by NP Krystal Lewis and she said she sent it right away. I made it to Walgreens just for them to save they don't have it. The pharmacist recommended that I run back to the urgent care to make sure they sent it in, which I did. As I came in, the front desk associate called back to the staff "he's back" to which I heard NP Lewis say "oh shoot, I fixed the mistake" and sent me back to Walgreens (this was at about 745 and they close at 8). When I get back to Walgreens, the pharmacist says that they actually did receive it when I was there earlier but was sent under the wrong patient and they couldn't tell me that because its a HIPPA violation (understandable). The pharmacist told me that it was THE THIRD TIME THAT DAY that NP Lewis had made a mistake or sent the meds under the wrong patient. Someone who can't double check their work should not be in a medical space and is completely unacceptable. If you do go there and get stuck with her, I recommend getting someone else to send the prescription because she will just mess it up.

In and out! I hate waiting at my pcp when they triple book and an er is even worse. This location is great. I’ve been here twice and each time I was taken in immediately didn’t have to wait to be seen received my diagnosis and script. 30 minutes tops from start to finish!

Wait was short (3-5 min), the staff is always kind and accommodating. It’s our third time using this urgent care in the last year and they have been great each and every time.

I was very impressed with my visit. The receptionist was very nice and I did not have to wait long to see a doctor. The doctor was very helpful and was able to solve my issue. Thank you

While the staff is friendly, my issue is that it's not a properly staffed Urgent Care like a CityMD. I took my child in to see a doctor, we got a medical assistant and then a Physician's Assistant came in to see him. I asked if the doctor was coming in shortly. The PA told me that there are no doctors on staff. I asked if that was because it was late on a weekend and was told that there are never doctors on staff, that they only have 'supervising physicians' offsite who they message if they need them to review something. I think this is completely false advertising, every other UC I've been to, like a CityMD, has doctors onsite. I was told my child might need some basic imagining, like an xray at first, that they had a machine there but no technician to use the machine. Again, I asked if that was because of the day and hour but was told that they never have a technician onsite to use it. Other UCs I've been to has basic imaging onsite. I was redirected by the PA to see my child's pediatrician or take him to the ER. When I asked what could be going on with my child if it wasn't constipation, the PA didn't seem to have a clue and pulled out her phone and seemed to be googling it and then rattled off a list of random illnesses. I can Chat GPT stuff too, but that's not why I went to a UC. I relayed this experience and the info I was given to my child's pediatrician and she couldn't believe the random illnesses the PA shared. Not staffing actual doctors or technicians to operate xray machines are business decisions to save money. It's not okay that they do this while still calling themselves a UC and charging accordingly. If you want to get a flu test or treat pink eye, maybe it's worth it, if you need triaging for anything else, don't bother. I'd rather have knowledgable staff than friendly staff.
