  The building is a mess, it's filthy. The hours are listed on the site as 3pm to 6pm but they taped a sign to the door stating that they now close at 4pm. Not very helpful when you check the website then drive up and the doors are locked. Waste of my time.

  I made an appointment on line it was for 11:50am. I drove from Stamford, CT hit traffic so arrived 15 mins. late. When I walked in the person said we don't do bloodwork after 12 only COVID testing. I mentioned that I drove from Connecticut and that I had fasted for my blood workwork and he would not take me. Very disappointed to say the least. 😧

  There’s a very high demand for bloodwork but this facility seemed to only have one person working. The phone line says they are still accepting walk ins at this location but when you arrive it’s appointment only. I told the person at the desk that the phone line for making appointments was broken and wouldn’t let you talk to a real person (it kept dropping my calls all morning when I tried) and she said to go online and walked away. This is really frustrating during the pandemic when both of the blood labs near me are closed but are claiming they’re still open on google. I’ll edit my review if these issues are resolved.
