- JPJessie PokornyDec 7, 20222.019-Sept-2023 - I've decided to update this review due to recurring problems. I'm not one to give bad reviews normally, but the length at which I've been dealing with this latest problem necessitates it. To start, I will say that the pharmacy used to be phenomenal and I had zero issues. However, the last 6 months have seemed arduous in comparison to the last two years, namely that filling the same prescription under the same insurance has seemingly become far harder. The pharmacist and pharmacy tech both stated that the issue was with my insurance, but my insurance provided proof showing it was the pharmacy and what they needed to do. My provider reached out and she reported that the pharmacy tech was quite rude to her and refused to work with her. When she talked to the pharmacist, they again denied any further troubleshooting. My provider asked them to call their helpdesk and then give me a call, but that hasn't happened for some time now. I've all but given up on them, which is sad because they used to have wonderful staff.
