The wait time at the store is insane. My appointment was for 12:45 pm, and I was still waiting there at 1:40pm. I left without notifying them. A waste of a time. I initially was hesitant in coming because each insole is about $400-$600. That’s crazy. But now, I’m for sure not going to go back. Only give two stars cause Josh was trying to be attentive but it was impossible for him to handle 10 customers all at once. Got my foot massaged for an hour though by this vibrating machine.

We brought our 11 year old son to The Good Feet Store because of flat feet. He’s been complaining of foot, ankle and leg pain. It was very apparent he needed help. Josh at The Plainview Store was not only informative but truly concerned about our son. The level of expertise and knowledge that Josh shared with us was truly mind blowing. After 2 days our Son is thriving!!!! Needless to say we are LIFE LONG customers. Thank You Josh!!!

I had a great experience at The Good Feet Store in Plainview, and I especially want to highlight Jessica. She was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to really understand my needs and explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed or pressured. Jessica walk me through the fitting process step-by-step, and made sure I was comfortable with each stage. She wasn’t just trying to sell something. She truly wanted to help improve my comfort and overall foot health. You can tell she knew what she was doing and takes pride and helping customers find the right solution. If you’re visiting this location, I highly recommend asking for Jessica. She makes the whole experience easy and worthwhile.

This was the first time in the store it was the Plainview location and Jessica, N was the salesperson and she was great 👍 . I expected to be looking like a shoe store and it wasn't. It was more like a doctor's office without the rushing to get to the next patient. Jessica explained everything also showed me how the arch supports work and they did. We also did some exercises to prove what the arch supports are supposed to do. I was sold on the product right after that. Jessica spent a lot of time with me and I appreciated that because I had a lot of questions that were answered. Thank you Jessica and The Good Feet Store. I had my wife come with me because she was interested also. She has some other issues but talking about the experience we both had we learned a lot.
