  We were traveling and forgot to pack spare filters for my mom’s hearing aid. We walked in with no appointment and Neil greeted us warmly, made the repairs and gave us spares to help us get through the trip. Thank you Neil!!!

  Neal and the office staff are very professional, personable, and knowledgeable! They are small enough that it is easy to get an appointment but large enough to have good business hours and the latest technology . I love my hearing aids and wished I had gotten them sooner. I am only 60 yrs old so on the "young" side of the customer base but having the hearing aids has greatly enhanced my life. No need to hesitate, give them a call!

  So grateful for Neil Seglaub for assistance with choosing a hearing aide that is so appropriate for my hearing loss. He was such a thorough teacher and reviewed how to use my new aide so well. I will recommend him to all my friends and acquaintances. In addition the staff Marcia and Michelle are awesome. Their assistance and explanation of the billing process was great. In addition their sweet upbeat attitude makes me feel welcomed at this office. Will continue to be a faithful patient of Hearcare because I know they care and will assist me when I am ready for my next hearing aide.
