I was contemplating the free trial class for some time and finally decided to attend in December and I ended up signing up that same day. So if you’re also thinking about it, do it! I loved it since then! My instructor is Amber and she is awesome! Shes super friendly, she takes time to explain the movements so you don’t feel lost or confused and she stops to help you if you don’t understand something or if you’re not doing it right. I look forward to each class weekly. Can’t wait to add more classes.
