  Terrible. Made an appointment a week in advance, arrived 10min early, checked in at the kiosk but the waiting room was packed so we decided to wait in the car, waited for about 30min and went back inside to see that the screen started there were 6 people still ahead of us! I received the text to come into the facility an hour and 10min after my scheduled appointment time. What a complete waste of time!

  Such a great set of people every time I go there. Very professional and they get it right! I'm a hard stick and they never flinch at making it work the first time.

  I wish I remember the young ladies name- she’s in the Peekskill NY location and was WONDERFUL! Very compassionate and patient with me

  Was seen right away Very welcoming Very gentle- I have tiny rolling veins and the tech was able to gently find a good spot lol Thank you quest for your good work.. Will definitely be back in the near future
