  I went to the Patchogue location for a physical, the staff was wonderful. Very organized professional and went above and beyond what they had to help me. Dr Cabral is a Great Dr.very thorough

  There was no wait. My husband is very comfortable with the Dr. They are very thorough. The workers are very polite and friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone needing a dr.

  First time there I had a short wait, but it's clean and the staff was friendly. My doctor was a nice man who showed concern for my general health.

  Super nice, professional and efficient staff. Doctors listen to all your symptoms, they ask many questions and fully explain everything. I would recommend this office to anyone. The office is small but very new and clean. Parking across the street was an issue. If you park on the first row closets to the office you must have a Patchogue village permit, if not you will get a $50 ticket. There are 2 signs but not everyone sees them. You can park in that same parking lot just not in the row closets to the office.
