My dentist - Dr David was exceptional! I also worked with Dr Knackle - the surgeon - and he was absolutely amazing and explaining every step of my care. Finally I want to personally thank my patient coordinator - Kayla. She did EVERYTHING in her power to help me with billing issues. She worked diligently to come up with an amazing payment plan. She was an angel sitting behind a desk!

Every experience until recently has been positive — I've always felt safe, heard, and well cared for. Unfortunately, I've now had two appointments with Dr. David H, and both times I left feeling dismissed and unheard. The interactions felt unnecessarily combative and not patient-centered. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after reflecting on this, I felt it was important to share. I would not feel comfortable returning to this practice if I were scheduled with this provider again.

I was very apprehensive because I didn't know what to expect. This place is AMAZING. It's spotlessly clean. And the people in the office were wonderful. Dr. David was terrific. He was thorough, patient and he explained everything clearly. I highly recommend this dental practice.
