  They are quick to care for you when needed. As the many times I have visited them this hospital has limited capacity to provide care. Such as the time I came here for burns we were sent to stony brook hospital. This past nov 5 2025 I rushed to the hospital to see what happened to my ear since it was bleeding. I was told that there is no ENT available for emergency visits. That this had to be a referral for a clinic. Hopefully you read this review before you head out to the hospital.

  Worst experience at an ER ever. Staff was horrible, waited almost 2 hours and saw no Doctor. We spoke with a nurse who lacked any ounce of empathy regarding my husbands situation/emergency. She said, “you won’t die from a tooth ache”. He was running a fever and extremely ill. The disregard and lack of compassion was unbelievable. We left after being spoken to this way. WHY DO PEOPLE WORK IN HEALTHCARE IF THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS? Not clean, no organization - DO NOT COME HERE FOR AN EMERGENCY! This hospital sums up what is wrong with the healthcare system. We were told since he was triaged that we will also be billed - even though we saw NO medical professional during the 2+ hours in the hallway we waited in. So so so so so disappointed and such a waste of time and resources.
