We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

The staff were not helpful, and I was given an incorrect eye prescription that differed when I had my eyes checked again elsewhere. I was also told my insurance didn’t cover prescription glasses, even though it should have. Because of this, I chose not to make my glasses here. Overall, very unprofessional.
- CRCal RyderDec 25, 20253.0They ended up not charging my insurance and I paid far too much out of pocket, and still do not have my prescription from them as they will only fax it (it’s 2025, email it.) or give it to me in person. I was also told I would need to go back for a follow-up, but was never contacted until months later. The doctor was very kind and understanding, but I won’t be back.
