The staff were not helpful, and I was given an incorrect eye prescription that differed when I had my eyes checked again elsewhere. I was also told my insurance didn’t cover prescription glasses, even though it should have. Because of this, I chose not to make my glasses here. Overall, very unprofessional.

I was also told I would need to go back for a follow-up, but was never contacted until months later. The doctor was very kind and understanding, but I won’t be back.
- WTW TDec 5, 20251.0I started going here in 12/2023 as an emergency. Before pearl vision I was having blindness and scruciating pain in my eyes. After years of searching I found Dr Inrava Khasnabish as an emergency. I have a condition with the cornea. I began getting the symptoms this morning. I called and was told to walk in. I go and the receptionist looked as though she doesn’t want to be there. I explained I called and she says I have to make an appointment. I said it was an emergency to find out Dr Inrava no longer works there. She sarcastically responds “if you want to wait for 2 hours have a seat”. Does she understand emergency? My previous experience was as though a family member is walking in. The changes in the office and any issues in your life is not the patients fault. Now to begin my search

She was able to assist me with all my concerns. Then there’s Selena, whom displayed exceptional service in assisting me. I highly recommend this location; to everyone especially if you live in Richmond hill.
