- ESElizabeth Stevenson6 days ago1.0Have been going to this place for years and recently I cancelled my membership in person 3 months ago they charged me the month after I cancelled it and said they would take care of it and then I got charged again the manager Ninif was ignoring me all day and the guy that works there Mike was planing games telling me she’s busy out on break etc so I had someone else call and ask to speak to the manager and they said she left lol I just got off the phone with Mike 5 min prior and he said she was busy so yeah a lot of lying and when I had someone else call Mike asked them on the phone is this Elizabeth Gonyou she said no as she had me on 3 way. What the heck if that’s not avoiding a customer!!!! So I finally went down there and it wasn’t a good experience the manager stuck up for Mike saying he didn’t know she was in the building covering up for him I said well that pretty funny 10 min ago he said your were busy so he did know u were in the building. So I’m still being charged and I called corporate What a joke the manager is and Mike !!!!
