  I got my first pair of hearing aids at Audible which turned into Empire, and now I see the name has changed again. Even though I have good insurance, Audible ripped me off for 3k and I didn't even get the top of the line aids. As soon as I bought my hearing aids, they changed hands to Empire. They have rescheduled so many appointments I don't think I've been seen three times in 5 years. They tell me Im getting new hearing aids at no cost to me, but they keep rescheduling the appointments. And to top it off, the one appointment they kept, the equipment wasn't working so I couldn't have a hearing test. I thought things may change with AudioNova but same deal, reschedule and reschedule. Don't bother with these people.

  Kayla Bates was super helpful when I had questions about my grandmas hearings aids, we cannot wait to work with her more, she's amazing!!
