  I was very impressed with the staff. The office was very neat and clean. I give it 4 stars due to being given only 2 options of hearing aides.

  I would give Nick a hundred gold stars if I could. He referred me to an ENT in August 2021 and it was discovered after I had an MRI, that I had a golf ball sized acoustic neuroma. He literally saved my life by sending me to the ENT. I had my surgery mid October and my neurosurgeon at UPMC Pittsburgh removed the entire growth. I lost all my hearing in the left ear, but Nick suggested getting the bi-cros hearing aids and they are AMAZING! Within 2hrs. of putting them in, I noticed that my balance improved significantly!

  Delighted to have met Chris, the hearing aid dispenser. He is a professional and caring individual. I love my new hearing aids and the amazing service offered at this office.
