I was helped by a superstar, knowledgeable and personable salesman, Roy Martinez. He conducted a thorough evaluation which led to an analysis of my hearing needs and how to correct them. He did this with an ongoing discussion so I could understand the importance and life changing significance of getting the proper fitting hearing aid to correct my specific hearing deficiencies.
