  This is such a wonderful way to stay strong and flexible! I look forward to the Oceanside Pilates reformer classes each week…super easy to register, accommodating front desk support, and wonderfully trained and qualified instructors. As we age we need to strengthen…this is the perfect way to approach that effort! Come join me!

  It was my first exposure to Pilates, Anesia, Marissa and Ariana made the experience painless (except for the soreness the next day. Sasha helped me with scheduling and getting familiar with the app. Patrice and Rhonda were gentle, firm, helpful and encouraging. Kudos to all of the staff for dealing with my questions and concerns with patience and grace.

  Great experience! People are always nice n make you feel welcome all the time! Instructors are great they r always helping u improve n push u to do better! Which is great! Love it! 🥰

  Had a great time and felt the burn even in the intro class. It was a good work out but still very calm and relaxing. I’ve already booked my next class.
