  The appointment was a great experience. They took me in earlier than my scheduled time, and the technician was very professional and had me in and out in just a few minutes.

  The attitude and the unprofessional behavior I was given from this young girl was ridiculous. After being told by her coworker she was about to use THE WRONG needle on me she proceeded to use it anyways and when having difficulty finding my vein upon giving a sigh of frustration she looked at at me and asked with such disrespect "do you want to leave?" Prior to this girl trying and failing, with the wrong needle that I was made aware of, another girl tried and couldnt find it either. Being poked twice, a sigh of frustration is 100% justifiable. Instead of being professional and kind, I got treated the complete opposite. Jill who I normally see and the woman that was able to quickly find the vein the third time are the ONLY reasons I didn't give one star as they were lovely.
