Shannon answered and instantly turned what could have been a stressful call into something easy and pleasant. She was incredibly patient and upbeat the entire time, even when my situation was a little confusing (my first PF visit was in Cincinnati even though my home club is Newburgh). She never made me feel embarrassed or rushed. Instead, she laughed with me when I laughed out of nervousness, and she searched every possible way to find my account — all with a genuine smile in her voice. What really stood out was how much she cared about helping me. It wasn’t just about fixing a technical issue; she made me feel like I was talking to a friend. And when the app finally updated and my check-ins appeared, she celebrated with me and even double-checked to make sure I didn’t need anything else. That’s what excellent customer service looks like — not just solving a problem, but treating people with kindness and warmth. Shannon turned a small tech hiccup into a five-star experience. Please turn up the air conditioning. It's my only gripe with this gym, it's otherwise not too bad, equipment could use some new equipment but it's not too bad
