They were not upfront about costs, had me do different eye screenings with various machines then tell me they couldn't go over the results because it wasn't a medical eye exam, and were running an hour behind schedule without the decency to call and warn the patients before they came to wait in the office. I understand that things happen and doctors run late, but usually they communicate if they are more than 20 minutes behind schedule. I am confident Dr. Groo is medically competent, but I left the appointment with unanswered questions about my eye health and less care was included in the eye exam than I have ever experienced at any other practice. I will not be returning.
