- IJInvader JadeJun 19, 20232.0Arrived for appointment on time, I had to be at work at a certain time so unfortunately had to leave due to staff running behind (I get it happens but please just communicate that) The decor is kinda depressing if I’m being completely honest, I didn’t really feel too comfortable in there due to that from the beginning. Also asked for social security info which was weird? Never had a Chiro have that on their paperwork before
