  The shoes you borrow for the class smell awful!!! I've been to a couple of locations and they are all great. It was just the shoes that ruined the whole experience because they literally smell like and dirty armpit or mop. I asked to change them twice and the alternate smelled just as bad... they need to do something about this.

  For the Soul Cycle located in West Chelsea, I Risilda Laho an NYC blogger have only pros to state. The location is convenient , the facility is phenomenally clean as Brittany is constantly cleaning. Lindsey and the Birthday boy provide a high end front desk service. Ariel the instructor set up the room well. The beats he plays are highly motivating, the sent and coolness of the environment is surprising as there are so many people cycling. The work out or shall I say the cycle; is intensely resulting. I felt my abs forming as cycling to the beat. Ariel motivates in between by showing new moves.
