  I arrived on time for my appointment. There was someone in front of me signing in - by the time I completed the sign in it was 10min on the dot after my appointment was scheduled. The system automatically updated me for 3hrs later. The patient before me wasn’t done yet (I.e. my sign in mishap would not have impacted the practice), when I spoke to the medical practitioner he wouldn’t help. Not ideal since people are asked to fast and prepare for days for these appointments.

  Impossible to get anyone on the phone or speak to a person when you arrive. They run late no matter what even though we all make appointments ahead of time. They also lost my blood and I was forced to return and wait forever in their waiting room again.
