  I saw a male phlebotomist named Zobran today. He was incredibly rude and high on a power trip. I have to use coban to wrap my arm due to a bleeding disorder and he refused to help. Terrible experience, no one who is that bad with people should be allowed to work with people!

  I went to the 2 W 86 St Quest location in Manhattan. The service was prompt and the technician who took my blood was very skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. If you have to have blood drawn, I recommend this location.

  terrible skills. two of their technicians attempted to draw blood from me and FAILED MISERABLY. got poked 3 times randomly for nothing. they were jamming in the needle and shifting it around my skin like it was nothing. if ur skills suck this badly go back to training already.
