  The 96st Quest is the best. I go out of my way to go here they actually know how to manage their appointment book. I've had to wait hours at other Quests and this time I was in and out in 15 minutes. You have to talk to the manager there and replicate what they do in other places. There may be fewer appointments but your customers will be happy.

  Every time I go the wait time is fast and the staff is pleasant. And that’s with or without an appointment.

  My experience at quest with Max was tremendous! He is a true professional and made everything perfectly smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended!

  Got my blood drawn quickly and painlessly. The phlobotomist was very nice and caring. Definitely make a reservation.
