  Love the ease of making an appointment and checking in. The nurse who drew me made me feel comfortable and at ease. I am a tough stick, and came away with minimal bruising. No tears! The office space could use a little organizing, but I was pleasantly surprised.

  This was My 2nd Visit and was a DeJa Vu moment of My 1st for the record. ALL Staff I encountered/interacted with and in Particular the Young Lady who performed My Procedure were Very Professional, Friendly and Informative in the Area They Specialized( Phlebotomy and possibly something else I'm not aware of ) in. She thoroughly Explained the Services being provided. All queries by Me were Answered in Layman's Terms when requested. The Whole Experience was Expedited by the Pre-Check In Kiosk & the Staff. Which made the Visit and Procedure a Pleasant Experience. F.y.i., it has Multilingual Staff and is conveniently located( Washington Heights ) UpTown like 3.5 Blocks North of the # 1, A & C SubWay Stop for those Who ride the Iron Horse. KuDos to ALL and in particular the Phlebotomist who did My Procedure. THANK You ALL for Your Service, which was/is MUCH Appreciated by Me..

  Staff in this place is rude, they simple don’t care if the customers have any needs, questions and concerns. They just don’t care at all about it. Also there’s nobody that’s take care of the people that doesn’t know how to deal with the technology cause actually you have to register yourself in a machine but for example ive been here for moro than an hour and i have help more than 3 elderly people that simply doesn’t understand the machine. This place definitely is one of the worst Ive ever been in. In other hand I have seen that they don’t care all the bad reviews about the staff that apparently works overwhelmingly and underpaid. Should take and action because if the staff just doesn’t want to work, the owners should have take an action to them. Definitely this is the last please ill recommend to someone else.

  Had appointment taken on time. Location is clean, well organized. Staff is great, professional, skilled. My new go to for lab work. My only wish is they had Saturday hours. But you can’t have everything. 🙂

  I’m very impressed with the fast and efficient service at Quest Diagnostics. They take care of you quickly, the office is consistently clean and well-organized, and I always receive my results the very next day. I go to the Roadway location in Washington Heights, and every visit has been a great experience. Highly recommended!
