  My phlebotomist was Suet, and she is the best! I am extremely anxious about having blood drawn, but Suet was kind, sympathetic, helped me feel as comfortable as possible, and made the whole process fast and almost completely painfree.

  My appt was at 8:40 and I didn’t have to wait long. I had Suet who was really kind, patient, and made the whole process very fast and painless! It was probably the quickest I’ve ever been in and out of having blood drawn.

  I gave this location a second chance and I am so glad I did! Suet is the heart of this location! Not only did she take good care of me for my drug test screening, but she thoughtfully and patiently took care of everyone in the office by herself, and did it with a smile until her colleagues returned from lunch. She is a rockstar and I will be back!

  I made an appointment for 4/15/26. The technician was very quick and easy. Made me feel welcomed. She was there alone, and the way she was moving, you would never know—professionalism at a high level. Very skilled in her work, she made the process painless and finished before I realized.

  I recently needed some lab work and made an appointment at this location (57th Street). While I always feel anxious (and often faint) around this, I was fortunate to have Suet as my technician. She was calm and professional while ensuring I was comfortable and ok. The next time I need lab work done, I will definitely request Suet.
