  The phlebotomist I saw was very rude and had a passive-aggressive attitude from the start. She was visibly bothered by my paperwork and told me I should make sure the doctor fills everything out correctly next time or I may face delays. When I handed her the signature pad device, she refused to take it out of my hand and told me to place it down, saying she had a “special way” of handling it, which came off unnecessarily dismissive. During the blood draw, she inserted the needle, adjusted it abruptly while it was in my vein, and removed it quickly, which caused a lot of bleeding and left my arm swollen. My arm instantly bruised and was hurting, she insisted everything was done “normally”. I donate plasma occasionally and I’ve never had any swelling or developed a hematoma before. She didn’t even locate my vein properly—she just inserted the needle into my skin without checking the direction first. Smh! Overall, the interaction felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, and I won’t be returning to that location. Her room is all the way at the end of the hall on the right side when you enter the area to see the doctor. I’d avoid her—she was very rude and unprofessional. Attached is a picture of who she looks like to me. (Much older and more wrinkles though compared to the individual in the photo)

  Jennifer Lopez did an excellent blood draw! She answered all my questions and basically no pain :)

  I went here twice over the last 2 weeks (plus to several other Quest locations) and this location is staffed better (more people) than most others so it went fast each time even though I had a later appointment time and they were friendly too. Highly recommend this location!

  Needed a test while traveling, quest was fast and easy with a order. Took us before the appointment time because they weren't busy. Professional and friendly.

  It was a quick and easy walk in appointment. The timing was great. The Phlebotomist was very great at explaining all she was doing and thorough with making sure all information was correct. She was very pleasant. The office was very clean and welcoming and easy to use the kiosk to check in.
