  Took 15 mins after they should’ve opened to let anyone into the waiting room in. Now we are 30 mins past the first appointment time and 10 people are sitting here, no one has gone back. Unacceptable. Update: first person was taken back 45 mins past their scheduled appointment, no reason they should be late given these are the first appointments

  Specimens were not suitable. 13 blood draws (ogtt) no cannula. Draw times recorded as 3 hours after i left lab. Abysmal medical care. Customer service didn’t care one iota.

  Do Not go to the 22st street Quest Dianostics you can not even put a review up they bruise me there drawing blood its ridiculous.

  I know this location doesn't have the best rating, but my experience proved otherwise. Check-in was easy, my appointment time was honored, and the phlebotomist (Anna) was friendly and effecient. I had a very good experience.

  It was very easy and fast, Gianna was so nice and friendly
