  I wish I knew the name of the young lady who drew my blood to name her specifically in my comment. She was awesome. I've had blood drawn quite a few times in my life and she was the best. Not even a shred of pain, no bruising afterwards, just clean, efficient work. She even helped me identify another service in town that I needed to complete a step in my pre-operation process. She's a star.

  This one's my favorite when I have to get lab work. It's just runs smoothly and hasn't been too busy or a frustrating waiting room experience. Easy and appreciated.

  Went for a full exam (blood pressure, bloodwork, etc.) the staff member that was assigned to me was extremely rude and hostile. He didn’t return a hello or a thank you. Would grunt instructions and then get mad when I asked for clarification. Also kept commenting my blood pressure was bad (even though the results were in normal range). He also couldn’t figure out how to get the arm cuff to work - another staff member had to give him a pointer. Separately, I sometimes get lightheaded during exams and with phlebotomists at other Quest locations they’re very reassuring and helpful. This guy on the other hand was unhelpful and my arm was badly bruised for a week after. I should have caught his name but didn’t even feel like asking. If you see a short bald guy there ask for someone else before starting your appointment or just avoid this location entirely.

  Had to wait 2 hours and lost my spot and was forced to the end of the walk in line. Worst Quest Diagnostics in the city. Not to mention the staff lied and were unsympathetic and unaccommodating. It felt as if they were in the business of wasting your time.

  So slow, I had an appointment but had to wait 50 minutes past my time , there are so many people waiting but the phlebotomists are standing and talking to each other and taking breaks. Unbelievable
