  Terrible billing and follow ups. Zero coordination between the front desk, billing and doctors. Multiple hours wasted. Same issue as others have listed in their reviews. Was told we have a copay for $50 and received an exorbitant bill for a routine eye exam. Same issue occurred over a course of multiple years resulting in long discussions with the practice and insurance company without the practice putting in the correct codes that they should have for the insurance to pay. Completely misled year after year. They changed our doctor saying the doctor doesnt take our insurance (which btw is a main stream provider accepted by pretty much every doctor on the street), and the same issues resulted with the new doctor.

  The viait with Dr. Oltra was smooth as always. My child has been her patient since 2021- and shes been the same pleasant and knowledgeable provider since.
