  From the front desk to the doctor's care, I would give them 10 out of 10. I felt welcomed and was well taken care of. I highly recommend the facility to all.

  Came here thinking I would get a simple allergy test, which turned out with me leaving with a broken phone and allergy reactions untreated. Morris Nejat if that's his name called me in to ask a few questions. After he was done told me to enter a room to get my testing done. Without my permission he just yanks and grabs my jacket which happens to have my phone in it. Soon as he does that my phone falls flat on the floor. I pick it up didn't really pay much attention to it. He doesn't even apologize in fact tried to act like it didn't even happen. He proceeded to give me a bunch of different allergy tests I didn't even ask for when I only needed one. I was allergic to most of what he put on my skin and decided to give me a tiny pain killer for rubbing a whole bunch of nonsense on my arms. It didn't do anything so went by a friend nearby to fix the reactions. I then realized that my phone screen was cracked/broke when he snatched my jacket and it fell out the pocket. Update : Itchy bumps still on my arms from all that nasty stuff he put on my arms also I would like a reimbursement for my phone broken by one of your doctor's. If you guys have cameras in the office then that's proof.

  Emily is literally the greatest!! So kind, helpful, polite, funny, and VERY professional!! She literally makes my day every time I step into the office and see her. The West 19th street location truly has a gem on their hands. Any issues that I’ve ever had, she has been able to resolve with compassion and patience. She deserves a raise and a promotion😊!

  Scheduling and appointments here go smoothly. However in early March, I was told I had an outstanding balance, which I paid and later when I called to get a reciept to substantiate the fsa payment, I was told the charge was incorrect and that they would reverse it. After calling every few days for more than 2 weeks, it has still not been reversed, with little reasoning provided for why it has not been completed like they said. Don't pay anything without first validating that it is correct or you will never get your money back.
