Hace tiempo me atiendo en este lugar, tanto medicos como en fermeras y mas empleados son muy amables, PERO en recepción una señora de servicio al cliente fue muy grosera conmigo por no hablar bien en ingles y luego me grito desde su silla porque me sonó el movil y tumbe el sonido de inmediato porque olvide ponerlo en vibradory como quiera me grito fuerte que usará audífonos, amablemente le dije gracias y sonreí pero de igual forma seguía molesta aunque avían más personas mirando videos en volumen y eso fue solo a mi, aparte de que no quiso atenderme al final y espero por alguien mas, siempre dije si no deseas tratar con personas no trabajes y menos servicio al cliente. Por cierto la única hispana era yo!!! Y su molestia era conmigo y ya van 2 veces

I have had extreme trouble having a simple, routine prescription renewed. Messages went back and forth several times with the useless pharmacy insisting for weeks that it had reached out three times and heard nothing. I was left in the middle, wasting my time, when this should have been between Northwell and the pharmacy. Finally today it was fixed. This indicates that both had insufficient regard for the patient, who comes first and needed the medication. A "zero" rating for Northwell.

Do not go to this place. Calling this office is impossible; they never answer calls to their phone number. Every time you call, you have to wait for hours before the machine automatically puts you on callback. If I could, I would give this office -999999999 stars.

I had the worst experience at this office after which not only I will not be coming back but will make sure to file a former complaint for negligence and unprofessionalism. I came in on 8/14 for an appointment I made for my 17 year old son 3 months in advance. The front desk lady told me to sign in and then indicated I should wait in the lobby. 45 mins passed by and they did not call us, so I asked what is going on. It turned out no one registered us and thus the dr. was not informed that we were there. They called the dr. but she refused to see us because we missed our time slot. I was furious. They called the "manager" at which point the manager assured me that we can reschedule for today with a different dr. We came back, got taken to the dr. room, at which point the dr. told us that they made a mistake yet again because he doesn't take patients under 18 years old! I find this appalling.
The manager came back in the room trying to tell me that it was because of my insurance but it is obvious all this happened due to the staff's negligence. They knew how old my son was and scheduled us for this appt anyway. I wasted 2 whole days going to this office without being able to see the dr.
Do not go to this office.

This is a negligent and uncaring group.
They don't answer their phones, which go to voicemail and are NEVER returned.
Calls to a specific doctor likewise are never returned.
They pawn you off on young Fellows who are rotating and not permanent.
I strongly encourage patients to avoid this practice.
