Very frustrated with the amount of time I was waiting. Was taken on time at 1130, there was in issue with the order from my other doctor. This was sorted out and sent over within 5 Mins. I then proceeded to wait for 40 mins to get a 5 minute EKG. once NP said EKG was fine, she went to talk to the doctor… I waited another 25 mins. The NP came in again and the doctor still had not come I ended up leaving before the doctor came in because I had to be home for another responsibility after. They said they would have the doctor call me.

I love Dr. Kim! I hadn’t had a Primary Care for years and was thrilled to find him. Go to him, he’s like a doctor who’s also a great friend. All Around great guy and great office as well.

avoid this place, they are extremely suspicious. I got blood work done a week before my follow up appointment after my physical (which was over a month later), and the day of my appointment I hadn’t received my blood work results and could NOT get ahold of anyone at this office. I called over 20 times from the time they opened at 8am, tried joining their online queue before being kicked from it multiple times, and the only way to actually get in contact with anyone was through their text service (?) where they told me some of my results were pending and would take up to 11 business days, which i’ve never heard of for blood work. then someone reached out to me via email saying that it would actually take 5 days, meanwhile it’s been over 7 and I’ve received nothing. they then tried to schedule my appointment for over a month away again. absolutely ridiculous practice.

This place is an insurance farm. Made it sound like I needed to do a heart ultrasound because "my heart rate was low". Did not ask if I was a distance runner (which I am) which means I have a lower average heart rate. Then I got a $640 bill in the mail - which I called, emailed, and texted about and have not been able to get in contact with anyone. However, they still happily call me to remind me to pay it. This sounds like a recurring theme based on many reviews. The rest of the exam was fine but I do not respect their business model where they're clearly just trying to rake in money on unnecessary heart exams to young, active people under 30.

Things can never seem to go smoothly here. I have never experienced such disorganization at a Drs office. I have been a patient for like three months and I have wasted several hours of my life trying to address their mistakes. My first visit, they billed me hundreds of dollars for a procedure I never received and a cardiologist called me to tell me my “results.” I had no cardiovascular issues or cardiovascular tests ran. They kept telling me to contact their billing service. The bill service could not help me as the office had claimed I had this test done. After wasting hours of my life, I get a call a few days later and the office manager at MOM who kindly assisted me in resolving the issue. I removed my first 1 star review because I thought I should give this office another chance. I had to get an ultrasound and biopsy this past month. For BOTH the ultrasound and biopsy the referrals were messed up and the radiology place was going to cancel my appointment because I could not get in touch with the office and neither could the receptionist at the radiology place. It is the biggest headache to try to get in contact with them by phone. My first referral was dated with a year in the 1800s and the second one had the incorrect side of my body and incorrect ICD code. This comment is not inclusive of all the issues ive experienced.
