  Poor communication and irresponsible scheduling practices. This office cancelled an extremely important Monday morning appointment on the trailing Friday evening minutes before closing, with no explanation and no assistance whatsoever in rescheduling. To compound the issue, their correspondence has been consistently slow and unhelpful throughout my interactions with them. For a medical practice, this level of service is unacceptable, especially when it directly impacts patient care continuity. I cannot recommend this office.

  After waiting for 50 minutes past my scheduled appointment window (just to pick up a form) I was informed my doctor was unable to see me (I had to take a day off work for this appointment). Whilst I was leaving I was told by the front desk that my fee would be refunded and my appointment rescheduled for the next day. After picking up my form (< 5 minutes) the following day I was charged again for my appointment. For a doctors office that charges an incredibly high fee for missed appointments, I would expect the same courtesy back (not having to pay the visitation charge) as the patient if the Dr is a no show. Plenty of other choices in the area so shop around before visiting.

  I had a great experience with PA-C Danielle Rolewski and medical assistant Rome during my annual checkup. I felt truly cared for, and they took the time to listen to me and address my concerns. I highly recommend them!

  I am both a PCP and Cardiology patient here. I had a cardiology appointment today; my appointment took much longer than expected and I eventually had to inform the staff I needed to leave ASAP if I was going to make it to work on time. The doctor ran over as quick as she could and gave me my final test results/instructions as quickly as possible. The front desk staff let me know they’d call regarding scheduling so I could get out quickly. I really appreciate the efforts the staff made to try to get me on my way. As we all know, doctors offices are busy places with lots to attend to, so I wanted to come on here and thank them for their help today. The care itself was, as always, very involved and understanding. I’m very happy to be a patient there and have recommended them to several friends!
