Awful place. The doctor here is very impatient. I came in for an allergic reaction, and when I proposed a few assumptions on why this happened to me she would brush it off as “well I wouldn’t know cuz I wasn’t there”. And when I missed my appointment because I’m very sick, they insisted on charging me $100 no show fee. See the outraged charges screenshot. I’m not here to get ripped off. BEWARE OF THE SCAM

Please believe the recent negative reviews and don’t come here . This once was a great place with great doctors who have all left. this has become a shady practice that is just after your money and they don’t care about treatment . The people who work the front desk are incredibly rude as well. I’m still waiting for a refund for a treatment I never received

I’ve been a patient at this practice for several years and today’s experience was unacceptable.
My appointment with Dr. Gilman was at 8:45. I arrived at 8:57 and was told the appointment was canceled for missing a 10-minute grace period. What they failed to account for is that I rang downstairs and waited for staff to open the door, and once upstairs the front desk was on the phone instead of checking me in. Delays on their end were ignored, and all responsibility was placed on me.
Canceling an established patient over a matter of minutes—without context, flexibility, or basic courtesy—is rigid, unprofessional, and disrespectful of patients’ time.
This was a complete waste of my morning and a disappointing way to treat a long-term patient. I expected far better.

I've been going here for the past 2-3 years and have seen Dr. George Kihiczak. He's been fantastic - helpful, great bedside manner, and serious when it comes to answering questions. I'd recommend looking him up if you need a dermatologist in NYC.
