Almost bought glasses 3 times but every time I ask them about something they'd give me an answer that makes me want to buy, then when I try to check out on their ipads, it will say either the glasses can not be prescription'd or their deals not available with insurance. And one of the guys straight up lying about things he was uncertain. I asked if another store would have the pair I wanted to try on. At first the lady said she's unsure and I could call ahead and ask other places. Then the guy said NO, every store carries the same style frames. So I went to two different stores, they had plenty of other brands there. If you are not sure, say you don't know. It's better than when customers find out you're lying. I ended up just buying them myself online
