Then for my new pair of glasses Roger was so nice to help me get the best deals available at the moment, when I got my glasses I wasn't convinced for the color I chose and Roger was very helpful in getting me the right color I was looking for. I just picked up my new glasses now and I'm all satisfied with these new ones. Thanks Roger and Dr. Lu for the patience and help through the process.

I was given progressive lenses that I couldn’t adjust to, so I booked a follow-up to switch to regular reading glasses. That appointment was also delayed by at least 30 minutes. It only got worse from there. The sales team couldn’t process the change because of “system issues,” didn’t know what my refund would be, and told me their system was down. Later, they called to say I had to physically come back into the store just to swipe my credit card to process the refund — and only then would they begin remaking the glasses. Multiple long waits, disorganization, and making customers come back in to fix internal system problems is unacceptable. Completely inefficient and a waste of time. I expected much better.
