I waited four months for an initial consultation with Dr. Neelima Tummala, and the experience was a total service failure. Despite a 9:00 AM appointment, the doctor was 32 minutes late. When I was finally seen, the encounter lasted exactly 6 minutes.
As a healthcare professional myself, I found the conduct of both the doctor and her clinical staff unprofessional. When I expressed concern about the delay, I was told by the junior clinician, "This is healthcare; you can't expect the doctor to see you when you make an appointment." Dr. Tummala arrived visibly angry, repeatedly cut me off while I tried to explain my history of nasal trauma, and performed a perfunctory exam that did not address my structural breathing issues.
Note to patients: Save your time and effort. I had to file a formal grievance through NYU Patient Relations and initiate a credit card dispute to get my fee back. NYU ultimately admitted the service failure and voided the charges. It is clear this office prioritizes volume over patient care and professional respect.

I went yesterday to see a gynaecologist Dr Meena J palayekar, my appointment was scheduled at 2:30 pm, I reached there at 2 pm , completed all formalities and put all information in a tablet that they give their patients for registration. I completed all their process. I waited for 1:30 hour for my turn to see a doctor but when I asked the staff that its been so late how much time it will take me to see a doctor, they replied that they have not registered me in their system and this is why I was not called by the doctor. Then they asked me to wait more and request doctor to stay long to see me because its their mistake that they did not register me. The doctor was also in a hurry. I was so frustated , it took 4 to 5 hours there. The staff was also very rude. They again made me wait for one hour just for a 2 minute blood test. When I asked them why its taking so long they told me very rudely that everyone is busy. However there were no other patients at that time. I had a very bad experience .

So sad, so disappointing, so dissatisfied, the Urologist I saw he didn't check on me as I expected, on the system they had me as a Male and I'm a Female. I had different expectations. It's a nice place, warm staff but I don't recommend it.

Mi medico reumatologo que trabaja en este lugar es bueno y amable, el personal es amable y esta listo para ayudar, tiene baños limpios, creo que es una buena opción si encuentras médicos que te ayuden con su especialidad!!!

I had a colonoscopy here. I didn’t die or have any complications.
The nurses all seemed rushed to leave before 4 PM (many left at 3:30)…There appeared to be too many staff on the date of my procedure, and many were walking around asking me if I wanted soda and crackers. It was an interesting experience.
