  I have gone here a few times for various tests. They have made mistakes on appointment times, and with what I needed to do to prepare for a test. Was told once no restrictions pre test, when I arrived and said I had coffee w breakfast, I was told I should not have had caffeine, and I should reschedule--after waiting a month for the appointment. Also no receipt for payment available bc they ran out of printer paper. What? In that whole building they could not find any paper? Sadly very amateur for something so important.

  Avoid LH Radiology if you can. I’ve had the misfortune of using them for two pregnancies, and both experiences were plagued by incompetence. For my first baby, they missed a critical scan that could have led to a life-threatening injury at birth. For my second, they spent 1.5 hours on an anatomy scan and still failed to get the all the images neccesary. They forced me to come back for a second appointment to fix their mistake, and now I’m stuck with a $1,300 bill that insurance won't cover. It is predatory to charge patients full price for a 'make-up' appointment caused by their own staff's inefficiency.

  MRI a Saturday at 2 pm. I arrived on time and after asking if they were running on time, they came out to tell me they had other emergency patients. Don’t provide appointments if you are using the same equipment for emergency patients. Ask customers to come without appointment.

  Cant even get someone to answer the phone. Don't know what to expect further!!
