Their intake process is so thorough that by the time they start care, they are so prepared that their staff knows what to so and once they are in the home with the senior, they are constantly monitoring the seniors and their needs in advance so that their clients and their families are always 2 steps ahead of the game. I know this because they are constantly calling us and ordering supplies and medications well in advance of their client's needs. I highly recommend them
