  Dr. Klein is AMAZING. Honestly I've never had such compassionate, empathetic, patient, thorough, care... anywhere. In my life. I even came in crying because of personal matters and they made me feel instantly warm. I was about to let a dentist perform something he had no business doing and charging me 1k+, and my copay to get what I needed done was pennies, they saved me from going into debt & also risking a botched surgery. My wisdom tooth removal was SO SMOOTH AND EASY, that I kid you not, I went back the next week and said eh let's just take the rest out! After the first surgery, I had professional headshots to be taken days after, and they did such a good job that I had 0 swelling & pictures came out great. After taking the rest out, I healed so aggressively fast and well, that my life just continued on entirely regular. I think they are secretly wizards, that are also angels. The kindness they met my stressed self with was.... unearthly. No idea what these people make but whatever it is, they all need an insane raise for the incredible work they do. I've never had such an amazing experience, anywhere, medically. A lot of places don't care, a lot of doctors try to just squeeze money out of you, and so forth.... I wish more places were run so sweetly, professionally, and elegantly. Some people that really helped me besides the magical Dr. Klein, the wizard (who, medical genius aside is such a down to earth and warming person that while under medicine I literally asked him if we can be friends lmao- we can't because it's not exactly professional but I wish!!)... so besides him.... Vanessa, Kathy G, Patricia, and Abea were all absolute angels and so informative and so helpful, didn't judge me at all, and were SO professional, intelligent, and absurdly kind. Everyone went WAY above and behind to assist me. I am now recommending this place to EVERYONE.

  I contacted my insurance provider, the BBB and The New York City Health Dept. about this Dentist Stephen Klein. I still have an ongoing issue that's being addressed by all the agencies listed above. I personally will never again visit this Dentisit office to have work done.
