  thanks to Edwin. There was another employee there who completely brushed off my question, but Edwin stepped in and handled it the right way. Instead of shrugging me off, he actually took the time to look for what I needed, even though it was something simple. I used to work in hospitality, so I really notice and appreciate that level of effort. No matter how small the request is, it matters. Edwin was kind, fast, and genuinely helpful. Even when my card declined because it was locked, he didn’t make the situation awkward at all. He just politely asked me to try again, which I appreciated more than he probably realizes. Reviews are important, and I think employees like Edwin deserve to be recognized for treating customers with respect and care. You never know who your interacting with thank you
