NYU urgent at Trinity care is awful. This is the second time I was told to come in and in 5 minutes of getting there say there's no space. Wasted time.

I have visit this place at end of October and I have to honestly say the help over there was very professional. Dr. Maggie was very very helpful and professional also the front desk. She ask direct and ,,know how,, questions so I could feel that I can trust this person. I wish every doctor was like this in every place. I was schedule on quick appointment for US and also the medicine was correct which was signed for me by doctor. Today I feel perfect. Thank you.

Never thought I'd give five stars to an urgent care clinic, and certainly not one in lower Manhattan. Yes, I did have to wait a while - my case wasn't urgent, admittedly - but Dr. Miller's warm apology, efficient diagnosis and ready smile won me over immediately.
